(a)Any inspection conducted pursuant to 49 CFR 192.459, as amended from time to time, shall include examination for disbonded coatings.#

(b)Each Operator shall ensure that any damaged coating on a cathodically protected Pipeline found pursuant to 49 CFR 192.459, as amended from time to time, shall be remediated not later than 6 months after being discovered.#
