Each Operator shall have a Management of Change program to communicate changes to all Persons affected by the change. The program shall clearly define what constitutes a change, how such changes are communicated, implemented, and any necessary training. The Management of Change program shall include the following:#

(1)changes that affect Covered Tasks, and whether currently Qualified individuals may continue to perform the Covered Task despite such change; and#

(2)changes that affect Procedures. 7#
