Removal from Covered Function [49 CFR 199.233]

(A)A. Except as provided in §§6539-6543, no operator shall permit any covered employee to perform covered functions if the employee has engaged in conduct prohibited by §§6515 through 6523 or an alcohol misuse rule of another DOT agency. [49 CFR 199.233]#
