(A)A. Each LNG storage tank must be inspected or tested to verify that each of the following conditions does not impair the structural integrity or safety of the tank:#

(1)1. foundation and tank movement during normal operation and after a major meteorological or geophysical disturbance; [49 CFR 193.2623(a)]#

(2)2. inner tank leakage; [49 CFR 193.2623(b)]#

(3)3. effectiveness of insulation; [49 CFR 193.2623(c)]#

(4)4. frost heave. [49 CFR 193.2623(d)]#
