(A)A. Each LNG facility designed, constructed, replaced, relocated or significantly altered after March 31, 2000 must be provided with siting requirements in accordance with the requirements of this part and of NFPA-59A-2001 (incorporated by reference, see LAC 43:XIII.6713). In the event of a conflict between this part and NFPA-59A-2001, this part prevails. [49 CFR 193.2051]#
