(A)A. A means must be provided for:#

(1)1. prompt communications between personnel having supervisory security duties and law enforcement officials; and [49 CFR 193.2909(a)]#

(2)2. direct communications between all on-duty personnel having security duties and all control rooms and control stations. [49 CFR 193.2909(b)]#
